Birthday Week

 

Jokes about how much we like to celebrate the 4th of July aside, I wouldn't advise anyone on having all of your children's birthdays and Easter in the span of a week. Not to mention a book and magazine releases in the run up to said birthdays. It has all been a bit too much for this tired soul and I collapsed in a heap of illness on Friday and didn't get out of bed until Monday, missing Theo's birthday entirely and being an enormous grump on Ellis'.  Fortunately for me, they hardly noticed in their chocolate and cake and present fog and had a cracking Birthday Week.

I, for one, may never eat cake again...after this last slice.
