Through our 2023 Crowdmatch with Creative Scotland, we hope to build a fund to enable individuals and groups from under-served communuities to attend our events for free (and with transportation help if needed).

Our goal with Gartur has always been to welcome everyone to connect with where food comes from, where our craft materials are made and making and creating together. We hope that this fund helps us break down some of the barriers that may keep people from joining us.

We aren’t in the business of policing people’s need or abilities. If you feel you could benefit from the pay it forward fund, belong to a group who face barriers to accessing craft or landworking events, then please drop us an email and we will figure out a way to support the visit for as long as the funds are available.
