UK Shipping:

Life in the Making Quarterly and items for the Scottish Highlands & Islands are sent via Royal Mail. These items are untracked.

All kits are sent via APC couriers.  The service is usually 48 hour. Tracking numbers are sent once the parcels are scanned at the depo via email.

International Shipping:

We only are able to ship Life in the Making Quarterly & our calendar outside of the UK. Unfortunately, changes in customs and BREXIT makes in unviable for us to send kits and soap outwith the UK.

Please Note: We are legally obliged to mark all international purchases as “merchandise” and with exact values. We do not mark items as “gifts” or declare a value lower than the price paid by the buyer. Other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Gartur Stitch Farm is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Once packages leave the UK, they are the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide customs numbers and package information upon request.

RETURNS

Kits & Other Products

A full refund can be given within 28 days for kits and products which do not include live-cultures, if they are unused and in a condition to be re-sold. Any products including life-cultures are non-refundable. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty.
