Crochet Camp Show and Tell

IMG_0821 Whether it is online classes or those I teach in person, I LOVE seeing what my students have made. There is just something about those first crochet projects: the wonky stitches, the tension issues, the swearing (or is that just me?).  Making stuff by hand is flipping awesome - wonky stitches and all.

So, please, indulge me.  I want to see what you have been working on.  Add your link to the widget below so we can cheer you on!! The linky is open for the rest of the month for you to add your projects to as you go. You can link from any website, even Facebook, if you don't have a blog.

And in the interest of sharing, here is my first crochet project.

first crochet

Oh yes. One was WAY bigger than the other and the thumb unravelled within about a week. I didn't care.  They were AWESOME.

(speaking of crochet, if you are around this weekend in Central Scotland, I am doing a crochet taster session with The Stitchery via It Is On Glasgow on Saturday afternoon.  We are making some Alice Bands and it should be a lot of fun!  See here for info.)
