Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it is more than 14 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same course on an alternative date, or an alternative course of the same value, providing there are places available or a course is planned for the future, a gift voucher of the same value as the workshop which you can spend on the Gartur Stitch Farm website, or a full refund. If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you cannot attend, so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place. We will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop, as well as any dietary requirements, and whether or not they need to be collected at the Stirling train station (fee applicable).

  • Workshops will not be confirmed until the Monday before a scheduled workshop. Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund, or if you prefer, a transfer to an alternative available course of the same value and space permitting, or a gift voucher of the same value as the course which you can spend on the Gartur Stitch Farm website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the date of the party. A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least two weeks before the date of the event. We will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly. Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than two weeks before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid. Prices quoted are based on a minimum of 10 attendees. If there are less than 10 attendees the total amount will still be based on 10 attendees.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.

  • We do not offer any refunds on retreats. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to offer you a place on another retreat. As an alternative, we can help you sell your ticket.   • A full refund can be given within 28 days for kits and products which do not include live-cultures, if they are unused and in a condition to be re-sold. Any products including life-cultures are non-refundable. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty.
