La Passeggiata

As the dark starts rolling in this time of year, light in the evenings becomes a scarcity.  The transition between the light and dark is such a stark change, it always leaves me grumpy and out of whack.  In fact, it is my least favourite thing about Scotland...but we aren't there yet.  And after a dinner of Venetian Lasagne from Nigella Lawson's new cookbook, Kitchen, the Italian tradition of La Passeggiata, a walk in the evening, seemed just right.
