Oatmeal Chocolate Chunkers
400g white sugar
60g cocoa powder
150g almond butter
300g porridge oats
75g dried cherries
200g dark chocolate, chopped
In a pan, mix the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa
Bring to a rolling boil for 60 seconds.
Remove from the heat and stir in the almond butter
Mix in the oats to help the mix cool, then add the chocoalte chunks.
Either pour into a container to cool then cut into squares or spoon onto parchment paper to cool.
