"Oh come now.  It didn't snow," wrote the wise Coffee Lady in response to yesterday's post.  Indeed, it has not.  In fact, amidst this rather wet and cold month, a small miracle has occurred.

This happened.  Without a greenhouse, without anything other than a big heap of benign neglect. 

Nothing tastes like fresh tomatoes from your own garden...and they taste even better washed down with rain water.
